WHY THERAPY?

Therapy participants seek therapy when they have faced persistent challenges in their family relationships, sometimes leading to a sense of fatigue and frustration. They may also be experiencing dissatisfaction in their professional life, feeling unfulfilled, and seeking more meaningful engagement. Additionally, some therapy participants have a history of childhood abuse and neglect, and they recognize the need to explore how these experiences have shaped their adult lives. They are motivated to work through these complex issues and seek a supportive therapeutic environment to facilitate their healing and personal growth.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual therapy is a process of self-discovery and courage. Regardless of the challenge that brought you to the therapy room, the experience aims to increase the effectiveness of your stress response to daily difficulties, your ability to self-regulate, and your engagement in self-care.
